Evil Noisy Spinny Thing

My human has been trying to get me to sit still while she puts this awful thing against my nails. I don’t like it, but I thought it was better than the scissor-y thing that cut my nails. Until yesterday. I was annoyed and I yanked my paw away and turned my head towards my human. That awful evil noisy spinning thing attached itself to the side of my head, and pulled some of my hair out. My human turned it off and untangled it, but now I don’t want anything to do with it. Nothing at all.

I got lots of treats and got to play with one of my special toys. I think my human felt bad.

Sprocket Says: I give this thing zero barks!

Human Says: If your dog will sit still, it does file the nails well. The smell from the sanded nails is not all that pleasant. I don’t worry about hitting the quick…. but catching his hair in it was scary.

(Note from human: Sprocket is fine. I’m giving up, and I’m taking recommendations for a good groomer in this area for his nails. Please comment below if you have a place you like in the Rockton/Roscoe/South Beloit area.)
